Terms of Service

Orders All cookies are made fresh to order. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel and refund an order if we are unable to fulfill it.

Payment Prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Payment is made by transferring the order total to the account shown on your order page (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer) using the QR code or account details provided. After paying, you upload a screenshot of your receipt and your transaction reference. We check every payment by hand, so an order is only confirmed once we have verified that the transfer arrived — usually within a few hours. If we cannot verify a payment we will contact you using the details on your order.

Pickup & delivery You are responsible for providing accurate pickup or delivery details. Delivery is handled by a third-party courier — any delivery fee is arranged with and paid directly to the courier, separately from your order total. Your order total covers the cookies only.
