What we collect When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email, and (for delivery) your address so we can prepare and fulfill your order. We do not process card payments and never see or store your card details. Because payment is made by direct transfer, we also store the receipt screenshot and transaction reference you upload as proof of payment — these may show your name and your payment app's transaction details.

How we use it We use your information solely to process orders, communicate about them, and respond to inquiries. Payment receipts are used only to verify that your payment arrived, are visible only to the shop owner, and are kept as part of our order records. We do not sell your data. If you choose delivery, we may share your delivery details with a third-party courier to complete your order.

Your rights You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us.
